Sure Fire Marketing is a leading web development and marketing company with clients around Australia. We are a small, dynamic young team with more work than we can currently handle.

Note - We will accept talented graduates for this position, however experience is preferred.
Any specific skills that would be handy?
We're happy to teach any developer with an eagerness to learn the specifics of what we do. You will learn techniques in goal conversion, SEO and analytics. You will have a head start if you can show skills in semantic web standards based HTML and pure CSS for presentation methodologies. You will require proven experience in HTML development.
Experience or skills in Graphic Design (such as Photoshop) would also be a huge advantage.
What will I get paid?
Your base pay will be negotiated based on your experience. However, our philosophy is to reward those who add the most value to our company. As such, we negotiate bonus payment schemes with each of our staff. So if you're smart and hard working, you can expect to earn more. A starting figure for this position would be around $42,000 per annum.
